What's in this section?

This section contains information about the game Legacy, rather than the universe it is set in.

The Style Guide for the game is our attempt to describe what we want the game to be like. It also explains some of the more unusual decisions we've taken, so it's worth reading at some point.

There is a single page for the Character Generation System, mainly because it's fairly compact. If you have a character concept that you don't feel is covered by the system, send us an email or talk to a GM and we'll try to work something out.

We also have a page on Turnsheeting Guidelines. Definitely read this, as it's a different method to the one used by the previous 3 Society Games, but with much the same outcome. We're using Action Points in an attempt to allow the huge disparities in scopes of potential actions to coexist better together. As this is untested, we'd particularly like feedback on how you think it's working as the game progresses.

There is also a page on the Engineering system. Please note that the example of building a Death Star presented on that page has an atrociously high cost in AP only because the technology is so unlike what is already available. If you're happy to stick to devices closer to existing Technology, your inventions should be complete in a turn or two.
