Character creation rule changes

This is a brief description of the few changes in the character creation rules between last terms game and this terms game.

Forces

You now have 12 points to spend on forces, with the maximum in a single force now being 6. You can also start the game with "tainted" forces.
From the forces page;
Also each of the forces has the aspect within them of the more destructive, unordered side of nature. This has become known amongst people as the "taint". This "tainted" aspect of the forces can only be harnessed once you have embraced and accepted the "taint", and you cannot maintain both "tainted" and "non-tainted" aspects simultaneously. Contact between "tainted" and normal forces results in the user of the normal forces to feel strangely touched by the "taint" which will usually manifest itself as a strange discomfort or some pain, like something is very wrong. The user of the "tainted" forces does not feel like anything is amiss.

Toy points

Toy points which are being used for skills now have a maximum limit on them. If you want to use toy points for a skill then you are limited to a maximum of 5 (I think, this is being done from memory, check again tomorrow for confirmation) toy points in a particular skill. This does not apply to other things, such as influence over polictial entities etc.
